My Story

I learned photography with a Pentax K1000 — all manual, no screen, just a bouncing light meter and 24 chances to get it right. That’s how I learned what photography really is: slowing down, paying attention, and waiting for the moment that matters.

I’m not in this for picture-perfect poses or what’s trending on Instagram. I’m here to capture the genuine stuff — the crooked smiles, the spontaneous laughs, the quiet in-between moments you didn’t know you’d miss. Whether it’s a family walk, a messy kitchen breakfast, or a sunset that only lasted a minute, I believe those are the photos worth keeping. The kind that show who you really are.

One of my favorite shots I’ve ever taken is of my wife, sitting on a rock, camera in hand, waiting for the right moment to take her own photo. I waited for mine, too — because sometimes, the best thing you can do is slow down and just watch.

That’s what I try to bring to every shoot: patience, presence, and to snap that one moment in time.
